Clean and Prosperous California Executive Director Clayton Munnings and Board Members Emily Wimberger and Joe Nation were featured in a POLITICO California Climate roundup, highlighting the launch of the nonprofit to “to spread the gospel of carbon markets.” Clean and Prosperous California focuses on research, education, and policy convenings to support the state’s cap-and-trade program, alongside former state officials and academic experts.

“Through our work at Clean and Prosperous California, we’re committed to contributing valuable research insights to ensure that the cap-and-trade program continues delivering reductions affordably and offers certainty that we’ll achieve our ambitious climate targets,” Nation said.
